Decision Support System to Select the Best Customers Using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Methods, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Methods, Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment Methods (WASPAS) at the Kebaya Shop

Style Queen Kebaya Store (SQ Kebaya) is a store that engaged in apparel, its product sales focus includes adult and children's kebaya. The negative impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic has proven experienced decline turnover 2020, therefore SQ Store's efforts to restore activities are by giving gifts for customer appreciation during COVID season through selecting best customers 2020 period. However, problem faced Stores process evaluating selection there no criterion weight so decision making not right on target, decisions less efficient because they have look records manually record book. This study produces web-based support system at using AHP (criteria weight), SAW WASPAS (best ranking) methods, this priority weights importance levels each criterion, namely status (0.37 ), method payment (0.23), total spending (0.14), quantity (0.13), intensity visits (0.07), length subscription (0.07) result ranking percentage largest alternative value with an average 0.6952 , while 0.6405. It can be concluded used obtain method.
